Our history began as a merger of a Gourmet Italian Distribution company and a restaurant & food retailer food beverage purchasing platform and online marketplace
Eurauthentic is operated by gourmet food and beverage lovers for gourmet food and beverage lovers. We travel to the most remote reaches of Europe, to the farthest reaches around the world, where European culinary influence has spread and we look for the tastiest and the most amazing treats, products, tastes and delights.
More than that, we empower an army of travelers to help us search the world for the most amazing tastes, and to report back to us, so that we can deliver the best, the most unique and the most authentic products to our customers, no matter where they live around the globe. If a product submitted to us, finds its way into our catalog and onto the shelves of our retail and restaurant partners, we will even cover the cost of travel for the person who submitted the product to us, and notified us.
More than that, we provide a revenue share opportunities to our loyal members who act as our scouts, and who travel the world for us, tasting the foods, and helping us to find those unique culinary diamonds in the rough, and who help us to find them and to bring them home.
We provide full business, marketing and branding, and full manufacturing and distribution support to the chefs and to the innovators, to those who might have had this original recipe in their family for generations, or those who might have perfected the original family recipe and have come up with new tastes by experimenting and making it even better.
Our catalog of our tasty authentic treats and our product samples goes out to our retail partners and to our restaurant depo partners once a month, and we can make any delight, and any gourmet treat from a village at the highest mountain peak in the alps, to the most remote fishing outpost in Iceland or Sweden, and from the most hidden, secret winery in the south of Italy, appear on every shelf across the globe.
How does it work? You travel the world for us, and try new things. When you find something amazing, you use our App to report it to us. You use one of envelopes that we provide to you, to ship a sample to one of our R&D facilities closest to you. You tell the owners about us, and go on your way. If the treat is truly amazing, and makes its way into one of our catalogs and makes its way into our offering and onto the shelves of our distribution company, we will pay for your trip and will provide you with a profit share in the product that you help us to discover.
